Consisting of a web hosted database and mobile enabled PDA equipment. Generitrack configured as an online asset tracker, means that any data stored can be accessed from any PC with an internet connection and a browser that meets the minimum requirements, which can be done from anywhere in the world.
Generitrack allows the monitoring of assets across different corporation sites and also when they are moved externally to third parties such as customers or contractors. If required, these third parties may log in to view the assets they hold.
Generitrack also facilitates stock receipt, stock movement and stock issuing as consumable items.
Generitrack will also allow Individual assets to be created, issued and received to and from people, moved, processed and eventually retired.
At each step of the way a record of the action that has been carried out is stored, together with a date and time and username of the person carrying out the action.

IT Assets specifically consist of more than one item. A pc box will have accessories that need to be linked to that box. File storage tracking
Bulk storage of files is a result of needing to store files for legal reasons over long periods. Files with an RFID tag stored multiple files to a storage box which carries it’s own RFID tag can be placed into a deep store for recall at any time. Door mounted tag readers track the tags into a location, mobile data collectors are used to interrogate a box for a specific file and to transfer the file from store to Customer.

Tracking Files around the office
Using the company intranet implement a file tracker that allows each user to have a barcode reader, a pc desktop software application that resides in the windows tray. Each time a file arrives scan the file ID barcode, each time a file leaves the desk scan the ID. Each transaction is stamped with a date, time and pc ID. Data is fed to a networked database that is viewed in a web browser.
Pallet build and track
Securing a pallet of valuable items and tracking it is a modern task. Create a unique pallet ID, add serial numbered product to the pallet, seal the pallet with wrapping then print and apply the unique tracking labels with either a barcode or RFID label. Track the pallet at each destination by checking the pallet, scanning the pallet ID, adding a location (GPS), date and time stamp to the reading, collect a signature and send the data immediately back to base via GPRS.
Post & package Tracking
Automating the receipt and delivery of packages within the enterprise.
When packages are delivered to the post department by carriers, postal services and couriers, they are recorded into Generitrack by the past team.
Recipients can be automatically notified by email that a package has arrived. They then have the option to log in and request that it is delivered, or notify the post room that it will be collected.
The real benefit of Post and package tracking is accessibility. With data visible in a web browser, it easy to deploy without the need to spec PCs or consider the implications of installing another application on each user PC.
